I really enjoyed spending time at the exhibition and was totally amazed by the diversity of work that he’s created over so many years that I’ve seen on display.  Which I have to say that variety of techniques such as texture and layers of paint left me really inspired to try in my own work.  Also he painted images of places that I recognise such as Mornington Crescent where he has a studio and Primrose Hill etc.  Also I learnt that he lived in Camden for most of his life which I can relate to, with that being said, I took away a lot from the experience which I will never forget. But I will say that you must come and see the exhibition for yourself, it’s totally worth.
