Such an interesting Creative Minds East conference yesterday. Thank you to everyone who worked so hard to put that together; you got so many different people all in one place to talk about the creative work produced by learning disabled artists.
It was good to hear from some producers about how they are  programming a more diverse range of work, and also their comments asking how they can get to hear about the range of work ‘out there’. So…..maybe ideas to develop relationships, or a system, are needed?
It was brilliant to see the work shown at this event: very all different…… and (as with any show or exhibition) I’m sure different people responded differently to the different pieces….. but a great thing for me was we had the OPPORTUNITY to experience all this creative stuff !
